Pastor Milton, also affectionately known as PM, is a Lead Pastor at FCCWO Church, School & Sports, with 23 years of ministry experience. He has worked with directly with youth for the past 17 years as a teacher and mentor, eight years  of that being in soccer. As coach, he has coached on numerous boys and girls teams over that span including Rec leagues, Girls Travel, USYF, and the WPSL.  

In 2014, he started the FCCWO Sports program as an extension of FCCWO church, where he now serves as the Coaching/Technical Director. With the initial push being soccer, he helped develop a year round player centric training program to help refine the technical skills of each player, with small sided play, featuring variations of 3v3, 4v4, and 5v5 futsal. Through this program, FCCWO Sports has conducted numerous youth soccer camps, leagues, and tournaments.
